Rental Operations incorporates operational management of the Flexible short-term rental channel alongside management of third-party rental provision to Ayvens customers (predominantly Corporate non-regulated customers). Working in conjunction with the Commercial team there is also shared responsibility of proposition and influence within sales areas. Your Role and Responsibilities Responsible for Ayvens Flex operational and administrational tasks Responsible for maximizing customer experience and product performance for Ayvens Flex interactions Work as a team member to cover all aspects of the Ayvens Flex team's work as needed to promote and manage the product Responsible for the response to incoming bookings and requests for Ayvens Flex vehicles working to Ayvens Flex response SLAs. Manage customer enquiries and queries to find solution to customer needs within Ayvens Flex product boundaries including in-life incidents. Responsible for managing customer credit applications,
