Your Role And Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of HR systems, including processing new starters, movers, leavers, and in‑life contractual changes in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR records and systems.
- Deliver consistently against agreed HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Respond to HR queries, including reference requests, policy queries, HR Self‑Service queries, and absence/occupational health queries.
- Produce monthly and ad‑hoc HR reports.
- Support Business Partners and the Payroll Advisor as required, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and personal conduct in line with Ayvens values.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to operate independently.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Show a proactive approach, using initiative to identify and support process improvements.
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through to resolution.

- Previous experience in a fast‑paced HR environment (desirable but not essential).
- High level of attention to detail.
