From an employee perspective, the department is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle encompassing on-boarding, training and payroll whilst also overseeing employee benefits and policy. If this sounds like you, keep on reading.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of HR systems, including processing new starters, movers, leavers, and in-life contractual changes in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR records and systems.
  • Deliver consistently against agreed HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Respond to HR queries, including reference requests, policy queries, HR Self-Service queries, and absence/occupational health queries.
  • Produce monthly and ad hoc HR reports.
  • Support Business Partners and the Payroll Advisor as required.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and personal conduct in line with Ayvens values.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to operate independently.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Show a proactive approach, using initiative to identify and support process improvements.
  • Take ownership of tasks and follow through to resolution.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced HR environment (desirable but not essential).
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships.
