Tremendous opportunity to join a market‑leading organisation for a fixed term until 31 December 2026. This is a varied administration‑focused role in a busy team, responsible for supporting vehicle management processes and customer interactions.
Key Purpose
- To ensure task management is carried out to the highest level on the following:
- Ancillary RFL Management which includes taxing of 140,000 vehicles
- V5 administration, which includes auditing the daily received documents
- Handling customer requests, and working with suppliers
- Managing MOT data management
- Manage the Cherished plate service for our customers
- Responsible for the Safety Recall Administration
- Administration support on uninsured vehicles
- Processing of Fines and Penalties, which includes invoice queries
- Maintaining vehicle data, identifying, and correcting any anomalies in the data
- Receipt of inbound customer telephone enquiries and coordinating appropriate action/response from the business
- Take full ownership, investigate, and respond to all customer queries via an in-house customer query system, email, phone and by post
- To ensure all processes are actively recorded, amended for any process change, and checked and updated on a quarterly basis
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop the trust of our customer and suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved
- Production of identified daily and weekly fleet administration reporting
- Actively display and demonstrate the corporate values: Authenticity, Commitment, Collaboration and Curiosity
- Maintain a high level of service focus
Skills, Experience & Background
- Demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced administrative environment where preparation, planning and organisation is evident
- Experience of working in a customer contact environment where there is a requirement to build relationships at various levels
- Knowledge and/or experience of the car leasing industry and relevant government legislation preferred but not essential
- Experience of working in an environment where attention to detail is key and accuracy has been a fundamental requirement of the job
- Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently
- Working knowledge of core Microsoft Applications (Word and Excel)
- Strong communicator, fluent in business English language written and verbal
