Overall Job Purpose
Ayvens is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Lead to lead the planning and delivery of our digital marketing activities across the UK for all brands. This role offers a competitive salary range of Β£40,000 - Β£50,000. You will be responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation of our website strategy in line with business objectives, as well as developing strategies to drive increased traffic and revenue through optimised content, digital campaign design, and SEO tactics.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the research, design, and execution of website development to maximise brand positioning and impact.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to enhance website authority.
- Collaborate with the entire marketing team to develop and deliver high-impact, high-quality, and cost-effective digital marketing campaigns that enhance conversion opportunities for all products and brands.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to develop digital skills across the marketing team and work closely with the digital marketing executive to design optimised content.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with company guidelines, DMCCA, and FCA regulations.
- Use analytics, business data, and insights to inform digital decision-making.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance in line with company policy to deliver continuous improvement and value for money.
- Work across the business with key stakeholders and IT teams (central & local) to execute digital activities effectively and efficiently using available resources.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO strategy, digital campaigns, and website design.
- Knowledge of the Digital Markets, Competition & Consumers Act and the regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with design thinking or similar techniques with a customer-centric approach.
- A good standard of digital literacy, particularly with Content Management Systems.
- Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS Teams).
