We're looking for a Customer Invoicing Administrator to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with finance administration or accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day accounting activities, helping to ensure invoices, payments and financial records are processed accurately and on time.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the business to resolve queries, maintain strong financial controls and deliver a positive experience for both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and verifying invoices accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Completing account reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies
  • Supporting month-end activities and meeting key deadlines
  • Processing and allocating customer payments and receipts
  • Managing bulk vehicle stock accounting processes
  • Handling queries from customers, suppliers and internal colleagues, taking ownership through to resolution
  • Supporting Customer Relations teams with finance-related queries
  • Assisting with audits, controls and compliance activities
  • Providing support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other Accounting Operations teams when required
  • Contributing to process improvements and ad hoc projects
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a finance, accounts or accounting administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • AAT studies or qualification would be beneficial, but not essential

This role would be a 12 month fixed term contract.
