The Ayvens Customer Service function provides market leading Customer Care capability to Ayvens Customers, whether Fleet Managers, Drivers or Dealer & Broker Partners. Supporting both the Ayvens brand and our White Label & Banking Partners, the Customer Service function is crucial to protecting and growing the Ayvens brand within the UK market.

An exciting and newly created opportunity reporting to the Head of Corporate Customer Service, the role holder will play a key role in our continued evolution.

Key Purpose

To lead the development and delivery of advanced capacity forecasting and budget strategies, driving proactive, high impact resource planning and operational excellence. The role holder models resource, vehicle, and process requirements to ensure commitments can be delivered efficiently and profitably, balancing customer needs with strategic and operational objectives.

To provide senior-level strategic insights on capacity, budgeting and cost-to-serve across customer segments, directly shaping informed business decisions, financial performance, and competitive advantage.

To champion the optimisation of service delivery, cost efficiency and scalability through expert forward-looking capacity planning, budget governance, and cross-functional alignment.

Serves as the primary up-front interface between Customer Service and Commercial teams, to assess the operational feasibility and financial viability of proposed corporate customer solutions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the gathering, analysis, and interpret data from multiple sources to produce accurate short-, medium-, and long-term capacity forecasts for Corporate Customer Services operations.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve capacity planning models and budget frameworks aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality insights and analysis on cost to serve across different customer segments to support senior decision-making.
  • Proactively monitor, challenge, and course-correct performance against forecasts recommending strategic corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with senior operational, finance, and executive stakeholders to ensure capacity and budget plans support business strategy and priorities.
  • Prepare and present compelling reports, executive dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on capacity utilisation, financial performance, and strategic opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, data governance and innovation in forecasting methodologies.
Skills, Experience & Background
  • Significant, proven experience in capacity planning and budget management, ideally within a customer services or operations environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to develop forecasts and provide strategic insights that influence business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualisation/BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in a customer services / contact centre context.
  • Familiarity with advanced planning software.
  • Previous exposure to multi-segment cost-to-serve analysis.
