We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury and Reporting Analyst to join our finance team located in Lyde Green, Bristol (BS16 7LB). The Finance team is responsible for supporting the achievement of Ayvens strategic objectives through accurate financial reporting, transactional accounting and treasury management. We are specifically keen to hear from applicants who have experience in financial reporting, are an advanced Excel user and have strong Power BI skill set.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role Are As Follows:
- Monitor and update the daily cashflow spreadsheet.
- Monitor cashflow levels and correct as appropriate.
- Assist in the management and administration of all funding schemes.
- Enter new loans on to the relevant reporting tools.
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports on the funding schemes.
- Assist with the management of the Interest Ratecharts mailbox.
- Ensure interest rates are set and maintained at appropriate levels.
- Provide expert support to various finance functions through development and upkeep of existing reports and spreadsheets using SAS, VBA and SQL.
- Ad hoc modelling and analysis of large data sets to inform ALD strategy.
- Development of reports and processes to improve and ensure data integrity within the various finance systems.
- Assist with the development and upkeep of the finance SharePoint site.
- Assist in the creation and improvement of the monthly reporting to UK and International stakeholders.
- Assist in the production of the Treasury Committee Pack.
Skills And Experience Required:
- Proven ability in taking ownership for resolving problems and queries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel to advanced level with experience of working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication, written, verbal and strong numeracy skills.
- Experience in Power BI, SAS, Visual Basic, VBA, SQL.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to identify and deliver process improvements.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office with particular focus on Word and Excel.
- Experience of financial reporting within a finance team is preferred.
