We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Marketing team located in Lyde Green, Bristol (BS16 7LB). In this role you will own the leasing product portfolio, defining strategy lifecycle management, and market positioning while developing new leasing solutions ensuring they align with company objectives. You will coordinate with the wider marketing team on pricing, operations, and commercial to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design, development and implementation of new product solutions in line with business strategy and commercial objectives.
- Manage the governance and control of product and service review and change to deliver increased value and customer outcomes.
- Optimise performance of existing products and services, working with business owners or managing suppliers directly.
- Responsible for reviewing and updating product and services collateral and product guides - Work closely with Commercial Leads, Propositions Leads and Marketing teams.
- Responsible for reviewing and updating product and service fulfilment processes with relevant businesses process owners for end to end service delivery.
- Act as SME to engage colleagues and improve critical business knowledge regarding managed products and services.
- Where required, manage supplier relationships and performance in line with company policy to deliver continuous improvement.
- If no direct supplier management involved, work with the business owner and service delivery owner to ensure product development and improvement action plans are implemented and monitored.
- Use business data and insight to inform product performance review and recommendations and provide business updates on product performance.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in product management or relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of Consumer Duty and the cross cutting rules.
- Knowledge of Design thinking or similar techniques with a customer centric approach.
- Excellent communication, written, verbal and strong numeracy skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work to tight deadlines.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office with particular focus on Word and Excel.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the Bristol office at least 1 day per week.
