An exciting opportunity to join our Bristol based Pricing Team as an Asset Risk Executive. The team manage the quotations database and work closely with our Data providers, Manufacturers, and White Label partners ensuring our database is as accurate as possible at all times with data coming from many external sources.

A fixed term contract (for 12 Months) you, as the successful applicant will contribute to the ongoing development of the secondary leasing portfolio within Ayvens UK, providing detailed analysis to support recommendations to shape our used residual value policies. Alongside the above you will also manage, develop and maintain database tools, seeking automation to increase accuracy, flexibility and the scope of reporting.

In addition to standard company benefits this role offers a salary in the range of £26,000 - £28,000.

Responsibilities
  • Support the quotation, maintenance budget and RV setting process for MCAM (Multi-Cycle Asset Management).
  • Undertake market research to build the most competitive deals for our customers and offer recommendations of changes to ongoing deals.
  • Undertake used fleet analysis to highlight the most appropriate vehicles for MCAM.
  • Assess the profitability of MCAM contracts, reporting any risks to management.
  • Monitor ongoing MCAM campaigns to ensure achievement of profitability.
  • Assist with vehicle queries from the wider business. This includes attending knowledge sharing seminars, and sharing insights gained with the team and business as appropriate.
  • Support the delivery of business projects with ad-hoc reporting as requested.
  • Adhoc testing for any new Pricing Software or updates.
  • Supporting the wider Asset Risk team during peak times.
Skills, Experience & Background
  • Effective problem solver, keen to explore alternative solutions & process improvements.
  • Good standard in IT literacy including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel including VLookup, Pivot.
  • Good communication skills i.e. face to face, telephone, e-mail, report writing.
  • Evidence of effective time management.
  • Experience of data manipulation and presentation.
