Join our dynamic team in Bristol as an Accounts Payable Administrator! This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure the smooth administration of accounting processes while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, along with bespoke Outlook mailboxes, ensuring timely query resolution.
  • Verify invoices on accounting ledgers, ensuring accuracy within agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and adhere to month-end deadlines.
  • Oversee bulk vehicle stock management and handle payment and receipt postings.
  • Provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with Customer Relations teams and assist with departmental controls and audits.
  • Offer support during peak periods and cover for colleagues as needed.
  • Engage in ad hoc project work and complete all e-learning by deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role and/or AAT Level 1 (or equivalent).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proven capability to work effectively under pressure.
  • High numeracy skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Self-motivated team player with a collaborative spirit.
