We are looking for a Change Specialist to join our Strategy & Transformation team at Ayvens. This is a 12-month secondment opportunity to help improve our business in response to industry and customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of our Strategy and Integration initiatives.
- Manage internal change projects across multiple divisions.
- Assist Senior Change Managers in their roles.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on process improvements.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage challenging situations.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in creating project plans, risk logs, and action plans, and managing change projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to support cross-division collaboration, improve efficiencies, and enhance customer experience.
