Scope of the position: Manage the logistics activities of the fleet, vehicle transfers, and stock at the logistics hubs, ensuring an adequate balance of cars across the territory based on commercial demand and the network's capacity.
Contract type: Fixed-term contract.
Main activities:
- Support the Mobility Fleet Manager in the timely logistical management of the fleet.
- Manage the activities of new vehicle integration into the fleet, both for new and used vehicles.
- Follow the correct entry and progress of orders (order book) for accurate execution of the fleet plan.
- Charge and monitor the transport of vehicles, both reactive and predictive, to ensure proper distribution of the fleet according to expected demand and seasonality.
- Manage activities related to home pick-up and delivery (last mile service).
- Ensure an adequate balance of the fleet across the territory, by volumes, groups, and demand.
- Manage fleet disposal activities according to the fleet plan outlined in the business plan.
- Ensure that suppliers perform activities according to required quality standards and take necessary actions in case of deviations.
- Ensure adequate coverage and capacity of the network across the territory in collaboration with the Fleet Operations and Network function of Ops.
Soft skills and technical-specialist knowledge:
- Degree in technical-scientific disciplines or experience in similar roles.
- Experience in operational fleet management in logistics and transport is a preferred requirement.
- Intermediate knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent communication and relational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
