We are looking for a Change Specialist who can join our Strategy & Transformation team at Ayvens. This is a great opportunity to help improve our business to meet the ever changing industry and customer demands. This role is a 12 month secondment.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Support with delivering of our Strategy and Integration
Be responsible for delivering internal change projects and initiatives across multiple divisions
Provide support to our Senior Change Managers
Skills and Experience Required:
Problem solving and ability to look for process improvements,
Ability to influence others, manage difficult situations
Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes
Be solution orientated
Create project plans, risk logs, actions plans and manage change projects against these
Excellent Stakeholder Engagement to support the cross Division collaboration to deliver efficiencies and improve the customer experience
