We're looking for a Vehicle Procurement Administration Lead to join our Procurement team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and keeping things organised. You'll play an important role in supporting our vehicle procurement activity, helping to manage vehicle campaigns, monitor stock and provide the insight needed to support commercial decisions.

Working closely with colleagues across Procurement, Commercial and Operations, you'll help make sure vehicles are sourced, managed and processed efficiently while supporting manufacturers, brokers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of vehicle procurement activities
  • Setting up and managing vehicle campaigns, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
  • Monitoring stock levels and helping ensure vehicles are managed efficiently throughout their lifecycle
  • Producing reports and analysing data to help support business decisions
  • Managing vehicle campaigns from launch through to disposal, including pricing adjustments where required
  • Acting as a first point of contact for procurement-related queries from colleagues, brokers and suppliers
  • Supporting the processing of rebates, bonuses and buyback agreements
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring key processes are followed correctly
  • Looking for ways to improve processes and make things work more efficiently
  • Supporting the team with risk, governance and compliance requirements
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to support the wider vehicle procurement strategy
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working with data and producing reports, particularly using Excel
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • A proactive approach and willingness to suggest improvements
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn and develop
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Experience in an administration, operations, procurement or supply chain role
  • Exposure to a regulated environment would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of the automotive, leasing or fleet sector would be an advantage
