The role will support the delivery of robust risk management, accurate reporting and strong policy adherence across the Procurement function. You’ll support the embedding of procurement risk management through high‐quality monitoring, reporting and analysis. Working closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Procurement colleagues, you’ll help ensure policies are applied consistently, records remain audit ready and risk issues are identified and addressed early.
Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Own and deliver procurement risk and compliance actions accurately and on time.
- Support the embedding of procurement risk management across the supply chain.
- Act as a subject‐matter expert for procurement risk and compliance tools, supporting consistent local usage.
- Build strong working relationships with Risk, Compliance, Legal and international procurement teams.
- Carry out control testing and monitoring activity, supporting remedial action plans where needed.
- Maintain accurate, audit‐ready documentation and records.
- Capture and maintain key risk and compliance metrics to support reporting and oversight.
- Support translation of Group procurement policy into local policy, procedures and reporting frameworks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement risk and compliance.
- Support training and knowledge sharing with procurement colleagues and stakeholders.
