A tremendous opportunity to join our Product & Marketing team who are responsible for the development oversight and performance of the Ayvens suite of products and services; the translation of these to market, channel and subsegment propositions, and the optimisation of promotional activities, best positioning Ayvens within the UK market.
As a Marketing Content Specialist you will bring a range of skills and experience including experience of B2B marketing execution.
Purpose- Develop marketing assets, content and collateral to meet the needs of target audiences to maximise marketing performance.
- Design and deliver effective campaign materials, activity will include writing, reviewing and editing communications and collateral across multiple channels.
- Manage the central library of marketing assets, content and collateral in line with company policy.
- Work with the Product & Marketing Business Partners to execute effective marketing campaign design and delivery to meet business objectives.
- Manage the development of segment specific targeted materials to optimise audience engagement in marketing activity.
- Manage the efficient re-branding of core materials to deliver to partner brands and maximise marketing creative ROI.
- Maintain the library of assets in line with company policy and stakeholder requirements.
- Support the delivery of client events through production of materials and technical assistance and organisation.
- Support the delivery of Social Media strategy through creation and publication of assets.
- Ensure measurement criteria set up for marketing assets to facilitate marketing performance reporting.
- Collect, analyse, and report on marketing asset performance metrics and campaign effectiveness to inform continuous improvement and stakeholder updates.
- Manage supplier relationships to support marketing activity on behalf of Ayvens.
- Work across the business with key stakeholders and IT teams (central & local) to execute digital activity effectively and efficiently using available resources.
- B2B Marketing experience (campaign execution)
- Track record of marketing campaign success
- Great communication skills inc. good written English (copywriting skills)
- Strong teamworking and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Design thinking or similar techniques with a customer centric approach.
- Evidence of good organisational skills
- Experience of supplier/relationship management
- Ability to work in a dynamic face paced environment, enjoying the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Analytical skills to monitor and report on marketing performance data accurately and timely
- Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS Teams)
