Product & Marketing is responsible for the development oversight and performance of the Ayvens suite of products and services; the translation of these to market, channel and subsegment propositions, and the optimisation of promotional activities to create demand, best positioning Ayvens within the UK market.
As we move forward with our integration this is a tremendous project based opportunity to join us for a fixed term contract of 12 Months.
Overall Purpose- Manage the development & delivery of operational communications throughout the customer journey (operational updates, on-boarding, in-life & contract renewals).
- Lead improvement in communications skills across the Product & Marketing team.
- Manage customer communications governance and quality control.
- Manage design and development of improvements in Operational Communications.
- Support Head of P&M Operations with roadmap to digitise Operational Communications.
- Manage customer communications governance and quality control ensuring compliance with consumer duty and company policies.
- Manage record keeping, review and improvement in Customer Communications.
- Represent Product & Marketing Operations with key stakeholder relationships in the business.
- Act as Communications SME for the wider business.
- Use business data (CQC reporting) to identify areas for communications improvements.
- Manage supplier relationships in line with business policy to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of communications and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of success in similar communication focussed role.
- Evidence of strong stakeholder management/ communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Strong teamworking and collaboration skills.
- Engaging and inclusive approach proposing new ideas and contributing to the change process.
- Strong analytical, presentation and communications skills.
- An ability to illustrate a customer centric approach.
- Working knowledge of Consumer Duty and the cross cutting rules.
- Good standard in IT literacy including a working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS Teams).
- Supplier or Relationship management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment, enjoying the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Competitive starting salary c£38,000 - £40,000.
