  • Managing project workflows, budgeting, and driving the value enhancement of acquired assets
  • Hands-on involvement in every phase of the project lifecycle, from due diligence and planning to execution and final delivery

  • 15 years expertise in Project Management and Real Estate development managing projects up to £25M GDV
  • Proficiency in Real Estate investment and operations
  • Skilled in budgeting and financial oversight
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders and teams
  • Ability to work on-site in Surbiton and London and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience in asset valuation, liaising with Monitoring Surveyor and contract administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
