- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to aviation laws, conduct audits, and manage emergency protocols.
- Maintenance Management: Oversee aircraft inspections, service records, and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets, control costs, and manage financial reporting.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise diverse teams (pilots, crew, ground staff, controllers).
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with air traffic control, government agencies, emergency services, and senior management.
