Role Description:
We are looking for a confident and driven individual to join our sales team, focused on servicing clients in the residential market. Your role will be to understand the needs of potential customers, guide them through our offering, and secure new business by clearly articulating the benefits of our premium, bespoke products and services, especially when compared with competitors.
This is a pivotal position at the heart of our continued growth and an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established brand with a strong and expanding presence across London.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to inbound leads provided by the company by conducting home visits and booked visits to our showrooms
· Follow up leads with quotations, calls, emails & showroom visits - negotiate and close business
· Support the team in covering all London showrooms on a rota basis, handling both walk-in enquiries and pre-booked appointments.
· Liaising with the production team to ensure feasibility of work and accuracy of pricing
· Visit sites to conduct detailed surveys, taking accurate measurements for bespoke window and door designs (training will be provided for this)
· Prepare and submit detailed survey reports and specifications to internal teams for project execution
· Keep management informed by reporting on results and pipeline of potential revenue
· Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules etc.
· Contribute to product, service & business development as needed
· Maintain accurate records of sales & survey activities, client interactions, and survey details in the CRM system.
· Required to work two Saturdays per month, with the option to take a half-day off the following week (Tuesday to Thursday).

· Access to the Ayrton Polo vehicles for lead visits during your first six months, with a company car provided after six months. Please note a successful applicant must have a valid UK driving license.
