The Role: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administration and customer interaction. The successful candidate will predominantly support the sales team with all administrative duties, helping ensure the customer journey runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to project handover. Alongside supporting the internal team, this person will also be a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, creating a positive experience for every client who walks through the door. The role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, personable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Managing and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Preparing customer quotations and sales documentation
- Coordinating project handovers to the Operations team
- Assisting with diary and appointment management
- Greeting and assisting customers visiting the showroom
- Supporting the team in delivering an excellent customer experience
- Acting as a key link between sales, operations, and customers
- Required to work two Saturdays per month, with the option to take a half-day off the following week (Tuesday to Thursday).
