Templehill Surgery is a busy GP Practice based in Troon Ayrshire and we are now looking to add to our Team.
We are looking for a competent and reliable person to join our friendly and hardworking reception team. Previous experience of working in a GP surgery is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
An integral part of the role is flexibility of hours and duties as well as being a team player. You must have the ability to work confidently in a fast paced environment using your own initiative. You must also be reliable and able to work under pressure.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service, telephone and computer skills. These skills are vital to enable our patients to be signposted to the correct services. Attention to detail is crucial to deliver high quality care to our patients.
You will be required to undertake a full range of administration duties, including dealing with patients in person, and by telephone, prescription ordering and offering an efficient, courteous and confidential service at all times.
Salary is dependent on experience.
