Saltcoats Group Practice are seeking an enthusiastic and committed receptionist to join our dynamic, forward thinking team on a part-time basis of 25–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent administrative service to support the needs of the practice
- Work with the public and assist in optimizing workflow
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Some IT experience is advantageous
- Previous experience in general practice is preferred
- Knowledge of EMIS and Docman is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided)
