This role offers a unique opportunity to manage national innovation projects as part of the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) Pathway.
The post holder will work closely with a wide range of partners and stakeholders, including national and territorial boards, applying strong project management skills and communicating a clear vision for change on a Once for Scotland basis. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to secure clinical and operational engagement, driving safe, effective, and person-centred improvements in care.
They should possess in-depth understanding of project management and improvement methodologies, with recognized practical expertise. The ability to work within a political and fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and adapting to changing priorities, is essential.
