The board is seeking to employ 1 x Maintenance Assistant to assist in providing comprehensive maintenance, repair, and minor works services within NHS Golden Jubilee. The post holder will work flexibly as part of a trained multi-skilled team, independently assessing situations and faulty equipment, and undertaking electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs that do not require a fully qualified craftsperson. They will also support Multi-Skilled Technicians and Craftsmen.
This role involves a rotating shift pattern, which will be discussed at the interview.
The successful candidate should have significant knowledge of a wide range of trades and disciplines within the Healthcare built environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential due to the close-knit team environment.
Please note that working hours are subject to change in line with the National Working Time Reduction (WTR).
