An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 Community Nurse to join the Nairn & Ardersier Community Nursing Team on a fixed-term basis. The role requires flexible working to meet service needs, including rotation of shifts to ensure 7-day coverage.
This position demands high professionalism, effective collaboration across complex multi-agency environments, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will support the caseload holder in delivering patient-centred, safe, and cost-effective care, working closely with colleagues to provide compassionate, integrated care. The team’s goal is to deliver the highest quality patient care and the best possible patient experience.
