The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are working with our professional client in Ayrshire, to recruit for a suitably experienced Accounts Assistant to join them in their private accountancy practice.
Joining a long-established accountancy firm, the successful candidate will work as part of the accounts team to provide an efficient, reliable and friendly service to personal and business clients.
Reporting to Director, they will be responsible for:
• Preparing & reviewing accounts for SME limited companies, partnerships & sole traders
• Vat preparation and submission of returns
• Liaising directly with clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-years experience within accountancy practice undertaking the above duties
• Good experience of producing year-end accounts / tax returns
• Accuracy / attention to detail is a top priority
• Proficient with MS Office & various accounting / bookkeeping software (i.e. Sage, IRIS)
