We are looking for someone with care experience and an up-to-date PVG who can provide occasional cover for an older lady who receives care at home. Are you outgoing, helpful, caring and want to make a positive difference to someone’s life? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

This post is a permanent position working on an individual basis with a lady who has been unwell and is looking at gaining more independence as part of her recovery. Her illness has left her breathless and on oxygen, frail, and in need of assistance with washing, dressing, light housework, preparing light snacks and drinks, and getting out and about.

Responsibilities:
  • Weekend cover Saturdays and Sundays, 1-2 hours per day
  • Assist the lady with washing, dressing, light housework, preparing light snacks and drinks, and getting out and about
Qualifications:
  • Care experience
  • Up-to-date PVG (proven background check)
  • Two references, one from last employer
