Position: Personal Assistant / Support Worker (Female)
Job Details:
- Hours: 14.25 hours per week, Monday–Friday (3–5 days per week).
- Shift start time: earliest 1:00 p.m. – latest finish 6:00 p.m. (occasionally start as early as 8:00 a.m. if required for appointments).
- Pay: £13.45 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support with personal care, including presence during bathing to prevent falls, assisting with hair washing, dressing, occasional application of creams, and assistance with medical aids.
- Assist with medication, cooking, and meal preparation.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting adults with physical disabilities or in support work preferred.
- The position is subject to a six‑month probationary period.
- Successful applicants must provide two references (one from a current or most recent employer) and undergo a New PVG Disclosure at the employer’s cost. The PVG covers Adults & Children.
