Location: Newmilns
Hours: 14.25 hrs per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday (3–5 days per week). Earliest start: 1.00 PM, standard finish: 6.00 PM. Start times may vary to accommodate appointments.
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support, including assistance with shower, falls prevention, hair washing, dressing and occasional cream application.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Prepare and cook meals, and manage meal planning and grocery shopping.
- Assist with medical aids and other daily living activities.
- Adjust working hours as required to support the employer’s schedule, including possible early starts for appointments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience supporting adults with physical disabilities, preferably in a support worker or personal assistant role.
Probationary period: 6 months.
