Duties Personal Assistant required in the Kilmarnock area. Assistant will provide practical support such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, and house chores; and will support social engagement including walking, travelling, cinema visits, and other leisure activities.
Required skills and qualities include friendliness, good communication with positive body language, patience, and an understanding of Asperger’s Syndrome.
Post Details:
- Post 1 – 6.5 hrs per week
- Post 2 – 8 hrs per week
- Shifts to be discussed at interview
Rate of Pay: £14.95 per hour
Requirements: The successful applicant will have to undergo a new PVG Disclosure (cost reimbursed in first wage) and supply 2 reference contacts prior to appointment. There is a 6‑month probationary period with 1 week’s notice within that period if the post does not work out.
