A young adult with Down syndrome is looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Worker to provide support within the community, helping him to enjoy a range of activities while promoting his independence, confidence and wellbeing.

The successful applicant will accompany him to activities including swimming, attending social clubs, going for short walks, going out for meals and accessing other community opportunities based on his interests.
