Pay Rate: Β£12.60 per hour plus 5.6 weeks AL Pro Rata

Hours: 7 Hours per week.

To support a young man with cerebral palsy and a learning disability. He lives with family. He is looking for help to access the local community for social aspects like going to the gym, cinema, and out for coffee. He can walk short distances; he has a wheelchair but is reluctant to use it. He has limited speech also. Looking for someone who could work alongside the family to build his confidence.

There is a 6-month probationary period for the post.
