Location – Ayr

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour plus 5.6 weeks AL Pro Rata

Hours: 7 Hours per week.

To support a young man with cerebral palsy and a learning disability. He lives with family and is looking for help accessing the local community for social activities like going to the gym, cinema, and out for coffee. He can walk short distances; he has a wheelchair but is reluctant to use it. He has limited speech as well.

Looking for someone who could work alongside the family to build his confidence.

Successful applicants will have to supply 2 up-to-date reference contacts, one must be from a present or previous employer, and undergo a new or update of the PVG disclosure scheme prior to appointment (disclosure to be reimbursed by the employer). There is a 6-month probationary period for the post.
