The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Location: Stewarton
Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour
Shifts: 16hrs per week, extra shifts available to cover Annual Leave and sickness, this may include sleepovers.
Responsibilities:- Assist with personal care and night-time routines.
- Assist with medication.
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers (double handling) using a tracking hoist, working alongside another carer.
- Encourage and support independence where possible.
- Catheter care experience preferred, but training can be given.
- Experience of peg feeding preferred, but not essential as training can be given.
- Light housework duties as required.
The client has a Suprapubic Catheter and is Peg Fed; training for these will be provided. The client has his own car and is adapted for wheelchair use and will be used for social activities and appointments. A clean driving licence will be advantageous.
Shifts:Shifts will be on a rota with other staff and include the following: 8am – 2pm; 2pm – 8pm; 9am – 10am; 7pm – 8pm.
What We Offer:- Initial contract will be 6 months leading to permanent after probationary period.

- Clean driving licence advantageous.
- PVG scheme update required; two references (one from your last employer). PVG costs will be covered by the employer.
