Location: Beith | Rate of Pay: £13.73/hour 16–18 hours per week per post. Lower hours can be discussed (flexibility required, hours will build up gradually).
Are you caring, reliable, and looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for two compassionate and flexible female support workers to support a young lady living at home with her parents. She has multiple health conditions and follows a structured daily routine, so reliability, empathy, and attention to detail are a must. You’ll play a vital role in her day‑to‑day care and wellbeing, while working closely with her family in a respectful and supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing breakfast and lunch
- Administering medication
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, applying creams)
- Assisting with her CPAP mask
- Following strict dietary requirements (Level 5 diet – more info at interview)
- Adhering closely to her established routine
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous care experience (preferred)
- Experience supporting adults with disabilities (a plus)
- Moving & Assisting training (can be provided)
- Respect for the family’s home and privacy
- Flexibility to cover extra hours during illness or holidays
This role will start with a shadowing and training period (provided by the employer) to ensure you feel confident and fully prepared.
Requirements:
- Two references (including current or most recent employer)
- New PVG Disclosure (paid for by employer)
