Personal Assistant Post – weekend cover Saturdays and Sundays 1-2 hours per day. Pay: £14.59 per hour plus paid holidays pro rata. Location: Ardrossan, Ayrshire.
We are looking for someone with care experience and an up-to-date PVG to provide occasional cover for an older lady who receives care at home. This position is a permanent role with an individual basis, assisting a lady who has been unwell and is seeking greater independence as part of her recovery. She is breathless, on oxygen, frail, and requires assistance with washing, dressing, light housekeeping, preparing light snacks and drinks, and getting out and about.
Responsibilities
- Assist with washing, dressing, and personal care.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Prepare light snacks and drinks.
- Accompany to outings and appointments.
Qualifications
- Care experience.
- Valid PVG (up-to-date).
- Two references, one from previous employer.
