POST: Payroll Administration Officer
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Payroll Manager & Supervisor
HOURS: 25 hours per week on days to be agreed. Some flexibility in working days will be required to suit the needs of customers and of the service.
HOURLY RATE: £13.45 per hour
LOCATION: AILN, The Michael Lynch Centre for Enterprise, Ardrossan.
Purpose of the Post: The post holder will undertake a range of administrative duties in AILN's Payroll department.
Duties of the Post:
- To provide administrative support to the Payroll.
- To support and assist AILN Payroll service customers by providing information about the payroll service.
- To ensure that AILN payroll service customers (PA Employers) of Personal Assistants are aware of their responsibilities in relation to.
