We are currently looking for a Director of Property, a role that offers a tremendous opportunity to help drive the future of Ayrshire Housing through leadership of the Property Services team. This role is pivotal in managing projects, policies and compliance, ensuring organisational and customer needs are met through effective property management.
You will be joining a dynamic Senior Leadership Team and will work collaboratively to drive forward customer excellence and support our tenants and communities through values-led delivery of innovative and forward-thinking processes. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Chief Executive, and the Director of Property will hold responsibility for the strategic management of Ayrshire Housing’s over 1700 properties.
As a dynamic leader and an effective project manager, you will be the strategic lead for asset management, energy efficiency, compliance and property data through delivery of the new Integrated Asset Management strategy.
