Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a specific area of the hospice garden which can involve – watering, weeding, planting, feeding, trimming and disposing of plants where required.
  • Keep records of actions during shift and update Facilities Supervisor where required.
  • Attendance at relevant training and team meetings.
  • Adherence to the relevant policies and procedures of the hospice.
  • Possibility of helping to support or leading on the growing of vegetables and building on organisational sustainability objectives.
  • Grass cutting, strimming and maintaining hard standings.
