The predicted salary is between 41833 - 50359 Β£ per year.

Variable hours as and when required. Opportunities available across our Ayr, Kilwinning and Kilmarnock Campuses. From Β£41,833 - Β£50,359 per annum, pro rata. Reference: REQ01032.

You will contribute to ensuring a positive learning environment which encourages active participation and enables all learners to achieve their full potential, through the effective learning and teaching of students by assisting in the development, delivery and assessment of relevant resources. This will involve supporting the Curriculum Quality Manager in the delivery of the department curriculum to the quality and standards required, through an integrated learning experience that supports the student journey and high quality learning and teaching experiences.

You will be qualified to degree level in Performing Arts, as you will be required to teach the core elements of singing, dancing, acting and creative writing or have other extensive relevant Creative Industry experience. It is also essential that you have experience of community education, including organising and producing events with community partners, as you will be required to integrate community partnership working into the curriculum. You should also have excellent communication, administration, IT and organisational skills. Teaching experience is desirable but not essential.

We are looking for experienced professionals who have availability to provide class cover on an as-and-when required basis. In return, you will develop your knowledge and skills of learning and teaching whilst being rewarded with inspiring the industry professionals of tomorrow.
