The Ayrshire College digital services team deliver a high-quality IT service, to support the student journey and the delivery of innovative, high quality, learning and teaching experiences across Ayrshire. We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to join our expanding team on a permanent basis. If you have experience of providing first line technical support and a flair for customer service, then this role could provide you with an exciting opportunity.
Ideally, you will be educated to NC level in a relevant subject, but more important is your knowledge of IT services and an ability to work successfully with a wide range of people.
