Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt is seeking a talented ARB-registered Project Architect to join our architectural studio in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, design-focused practice where you will help shape projects from inception through to completion, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the strategic direction of the studio.

The role
As a Project Architect, you will lead design and delivery across multiple projects while supporting the development of our growing team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects from concept through to completion
- Providing design leadership and strategic input across key commissions
- Managing project teams, consultants, and delivery programmes
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
- Ensuring the highest standards of design quality and technical delivery
About you
We are looking for an experienced and confident architect who brings both design excellence and leadership capability. You will ideally:
- Be ARB registered (RIBA Chartered preferred)
- Have strong experience in residential and/or education projects
- Demonstrate excellent design thinking and attention to detail
- Be confident managing projects, teams, and client relationships
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
- Bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem solving
