Principal Architect (ARB Qualified) - Hampshire Studio – Full or Part Time – 28 to 40 hours per week
Salary & Benefits: £52,000 - £57,250 FTE per annum (dependent on experience) with 33 days FTE holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), plus up to an additional 3 days paid leave at Christmas. Other benefits include 3% pension, private healthcare, employee referral bonus and support for professional development.

We’re seeking a visionary leader who:
- Holds current ARB registration with 9+ years post-qualification experience
- Brings substantial expertise in residential and/or education sectors
- Demonstrates design excellence and thought leadership
- Leads major projects from conception through to completion with minimal Director supervision
- Management of multiple projects
- Mentors teams and champions design quality across the practice
- Thinks strategically while maintaining exceptional project delivery
- Balances multiple priorities with confidence and composure
