Architect (RIBA/ARB Registered), Hampshire Studio | Full Time - 40 hours per week
Salary:Β£37,250 β Β£41,750 FTE (dependent on experience)

Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt is looking for a talented ARB-registered Architect to join our architectural studio in Hampshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, design-focused practice where you will help shape projects from inception through to completion.

The role
As an Architect, you will help to shape design and delivery across multiple projects while supporting the development of our growing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shaping projects from concept through to completion
- Preparing and developing surveys, specifications, drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design
- Supporting the management of project teams, consultants, and delivery programmes
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Tutoring and supporting junior staff
- Ensuring the highest standards of design quality and technical delivery
About you
We are looking for an experienced and confident architect who bringsdesign excellence.
You will ideally:
- BeARB registered(RIBA Chartered preferred)
- Demonstrate excellent design thinking and attention to detail
- Be confident supporting the management of projects, teams, and client relationships
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
- Bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem solving
