Role Description
The Head of Sales role at Ayra is a full-time, remote position responsible for building and leading the sales function to drive revenue growth across target markets. Day to day, this role includes developing and executing the go-to-market and sales strategy, setting sales targets, and overseeing the full sales funnel from lead generation through close and expansion. The Head of Sales will manage and mentor the sales team, establish scalable sales processes, and coordinate closely with marketing, customer success, and product to align messaging and feedback loops. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with key restaurant groups and partners, analyzing pipeline and performance data, and presenting regular forecasts and insights to leadership.
