Lead end-to-end project resourcing by managing team capacity, allocations, and assignments, ensuring the right people are matched to projects based on skills, development goals, and business needs. Build strong relationships with managers and consultants to navigate priorities, resolve conflicts, and provide clear recommendations, escalating where required. Maintain accurate resourcing data and track individual experience to support career development and performance management. Produce regular reporting on utilisation and pipeline, while identifying trends and continuously improving resourcing processes to support effective workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project resourcing and assignments, maintaining an accurate view of team capacity, availability, and allocation while proactively managing conflicts and gaps.
  • Match people to projects by balancing client needs, individual skills, development goals, and business priorities, including support for bids and RFPs.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across managers and consultants, confidently navigating competing priorities and resolving or escalating conflicts as needed.
  • Track experience and development, ensuring consultants gain appropriate breadth of work and using assignment data to support performance and career progression.
  • Drive resourcing operations and insights, maintaining trackers, producing utilisation and pipeline reports, and identifying trends to improve processes and inform workforce planning.
Qualifications Key Requirements:
  • 2–4 years in resourcing coordination, ideally in a professional services, consulting, or project-based environment.
  • Experience managing competing stakeholder demands and making decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Exposure to resourcing data, reporting, and working within mid-sized teams (approx. 30–50 people).
Skills & Competencies:
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust and handles challenging conversations with confidence.
  • Analytical, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to spot patterns, solve problems early, and navigate pressure effectively.
