Responsibilities:
- Client Facing: Client relationship building throughout the sales and production process, including training on correspondence processes for claim-related information.
- Subject Matter Expert: A technical understanding of your specialism with enthusiasm to approach it from a consulting lens.
- Report and Claim Management: Support the team in creating structured claim reports, R&D project descriptions, and claims adjustments.
Qualifications Experience and Requirements:
- STEM-related bachelor, MSc/PhD graduate is preferable.
Skills and Personal Qualities:
- Dependable: You align with client needs, adhere to reporting methodology, and collaborate among team members on projects and rationales.
