Working in R&D tax, you will consult with clients leading cutting-edge industry developments, actively driving and pushing boundaries in innovation globally.

You’ll play an active part in major engagements, not just number crunch, and you’ll learn how to provide specialist advice to our clients on the technical, tax, and financial aspects of R&D tax reliefs. Responsibilities:- Client Facing: Client relationship building throughout the sales and production process, including training on correspondence processes for claim-related information.
- Subject Matter Expert: A technical understanding of your specialism with enthusiasm to approach it from a consulting lens.
- Report and Claim Management: Support the team in creating structured claim reports, R&D project descriptions, and claims adjustments.
- STEM-related bachelor, MSc/PhD graduate is preferable.
- Dependable: Align with client needs, adhere to reporting methodology, and collaborate among team members on projects and rationales.
- Critical Thinker: Able to research, investigate, and solve problems using available resources.
- Eager to Learn: Open, excited, and willing to learn more about the R&D tax space and its applications across different industries.
- Proactive: Proactively engage in tasks, research, and with clients.
